Be My Valentine Poem

Valentine Poem

Valentine Poem

A Poem for Valentine’s Day

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, they say

Even when I see you I forsake the truth

My eyes seek yonder – what I could never find

Your love is so devine – impeccable and surely mine

Verily, I held your hand

All too plain for everyone to see

Lovingly and with such delight

Enlighten me and forsake tonight

Neither in this world nor the next

Till it is clear where we are in our hearts just right

In this heaven of a place we stand

Night falls and as darkness calls

Even in years to come, forever more, you are truly mine, and I am yours…

BE MY VALENTINE
